Next Up Pool collects only the information needed to publish and correct tournament information, deliver requested email announcements, protect the website and understand basic site usage.
Information we collect
When you subscribe, we collect your email address and subscription status. When you submit or correct an event, we collect the information you enter, including your email address. When you contact us, we receive your email address and message. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver requested tournament announcements, review submissions and corrections, respond to messages, secure the service, diagnose failures and measure general website traffic. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and its database. Resend processes confirmation messages and tournament announcement emails. These providers process information only to provide their services to Next Up Pool and are governed by their own privacy and security terms.
Retention and choices
Subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Submission, correction and contact records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to verify listings, resolve questions and protect the service. Every announcement email will include an unsubscribe method.
Children
The calendar includes junior events, but the website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent, guardian or adult organizer should submit information on a child’s behalf.
Your requests
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or unsubscribe from announcements by emailing contact@nextuppool.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information.
Changes
We may update this statement as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
